Education and Training Specialist at RSNF

The the employer is currently recruiting for an RSNF Education and Training Specialist to support the RSNF Training Department in designing, developing, delivering and managing RSNF training and development programs to directly improve the organizational performance of the RSNF. This position will be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be an on-site position. ** Responsibilities ** Support the administrative operations of the RSNF Training Department by coordinating with relevant departments to enable training operations. Analyze the educational needs of the RSNF and create prioritized training matrices and draft plans that support the administrative operations of the RSNF Training Department and align with strategic objectives. Design and deliver training and development programmes, including curricula, packages, materials and learning guides, using approved methodologies to improve RSNF organizational performance. Develop quality standards, assessment tools and evaluation frameworks for measurement. Trainee/trainer outcomes, analyze program outcomes, and fill operational gaps to ensure continuous performance improvement. Providing technical support regarding training policies and manuals and monitoring compliance, while preparing periodic performance reports and indicators to support the administrative processes of the training department. Support the administrative operations of the Royal Navy Training Section by preparing draft plans for specialized training programs and capacity building initiatives for submission to the relevant authority. Coordinate with relevant departments and entities to enable seamless training operations, implement joint initiatives and align training pathways with the operational needs of the RSNF. Analyze training program outcomes, identify performance gaps and develop strategic improvement plans to improve RSNF organizational readiness** Qualifications ** Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience (or as appropriate) The candidate must have a Saudi National Bachelor's degree in a field related to the assigned program or position and a minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in the associated functional assignment or ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in the associated functional assignment. Must have professional knowledge of RSNF Marine management theories, policies, principles, procedures and techniques **Preferred Skills and Experience** At least 8 years of experience in developing policies and procedures, and in organizational and educational development. - At least 3 years of practical experience in a military organization of a similar organizational nature. Experience in corporate governance, process reengineering, and operational model design. Experience in corporate and digital transformation, quality management and institutional accreditation. Experience in designing performance indicators, developing organizational guidelines, and managing change. Experience leading policy projects in highly structured military or educational settings. Experience in building partnerships with universities and higher education institutions, developing training policies, and building institutional capacities
