Location:--Department: Human Resources Liaison: Quality Assurance Analyst Purpose • Coordinates and supervises the implementation of regional/local internal and external quality audits to determine whether the quality management system complies with established requirements and is effectively implemented and maintained. Key Responsibilities • Develop a Quality Audit program for all regional operations. • Plans and conducts regional/local internal and supplier quality audits in accordance with established requirements. • Supports the regional/local quality area when receiving third party audits. • Acts as event manager for internal events and supplier quality audits • Prepares necessary reports on regional/local audit activities. • Trains, qualifies and evaluates regional/local quality auditors in accordance with established requirements. • Analyze the results of the quality review program and recommend actions and improvement plans. • Complies with the employer policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to area of responsibility. • Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his employees and manages HR related activities in line with HR rules and procedures. Protects against damage, theft, or misuse of facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to his or her area. Requirements

• · Coordinate and supervise the implementation of regional/local internal and external quality audits
• · Develop a quality audit program for all regional operations and implement audit plans in accordance with requirements
• · Prepare and submit reports of regional/local audit activities, analyze their results and recommend improvement plans
• · Qualifying and evaluating regional/local quality auditors according to specified requirements
• · Support the regional/local quality area during third party audit and HR resource management related activities
• · Adhere to the employer policies and procedures and laws and regulations relevant to area of responsibility
