Sr. Tendering Engineer - Protection and Control Systems

Job description

Facilitate seamless flow of sales inquiries and provide prompt accurate quotations. Review and process sales inquiries ensuring completeness and clarity. Prepare precise technical and commercial quotations on time. Execute tendering activities from inquiry to submission within defined timelines. Analyze requirements and develop compliant optimized proposals. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and sales teams to gather required inputs. Ensure stakeholder alignment to deliver cohesive competitive offers. Support awarded project activities to ensure continuity from tender to execution. Address technical clarifications and follow up on quotations and orders. Maintain accurate records of quotations, assumptions, and communications. Adhere to company procedures, standards, and quality requirements. Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks. Solve related problems and escalate complex operational issues. Seek business process improvements and automation opportunities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures. Requirements

• Proficient in preparing technical and commercial quotations
• Skilled in analyzing tender requirements and developing compliant proposals
• Knowledge of company procedures and quality standards
• 5 to 10 years experience in electrical engineering or related field
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in supplier/vendor negotiations
• Ability to acquire updated soft and technical skills
• Ability to execute planned activities within schedule and budget
• Problem‑solving and escalation of complex issues
• Business process improvement and automation focus
