About the Role: Assistant Production Manager - Alkharj, KSA Core Purpose of the job: To support the Production Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the bakery and pastry production floor, ensuring that production activities run smoothly and efficiently while meeting the company’s quality, safety, and productivity standards. Requirements: Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below: • Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Production Management, or Hotel Management. • 5 - 6 years of experience in the capacity of CDP in Bread, Pastry, Viennoiserie, and Hot & Cold Kitchen. • Demonstrate strong experience in combining artisanal bakery expertise with the systems, controls and performance discipline required in a high-volume manufacturing environment. • High-volume artisanal bakery experience is highly preferable. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English. the employer offers a competitive package, generous leave, medical coverage, discretionary bonus, training, and development etc. This is a great opportunity to join a successful and expanding global business, offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package

Requirements

• Requirements: Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Production Management, or Hotel Management.
