Road Civil 3D Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Road Civil 3D Coordinator to join our team on a major infrastructure project in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia. Working within the design and engineering team, you will coordinate Civil 3D road design activities, ensure consistency and quality across models, drawings and deliverables, and support effective collaboration between engineering disciplines and stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating production and integration of Civil 3D models for roads and related infrastructure, reviewing models for clashes, ensuring compliance with modelling standards, supporting engineers in complex modelling issues, and monitoring deliverable quality. You will also coordinate road design interfaces with earthworks, utilities, drainage, structures, participate in multidisciplinary design reviews, support integration of design changes, work closely with BIM teams for digital integration, and contribute to technical deliverables and workflow improvement.

Requirements

• proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
• strong knowledge of road and infrastructure design
• experience coordinating Civil 3D production across multidisciplinary teams
• significant professional experience in major international infrastructure, urban development or transport projects
• experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East advantageous
• advanced knowledge of alignments, profiles, corridors, assemblies
• knowledge of digital terrain models and surfaces
• knowledge of grading and earthworks
• knowledge of cross‑sections
• knowledge of road interfaces with drainage and utilities
• knowledge of model and drawing production
• good understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary modelling workflows
• knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Navisworks and AutoCAD advantageous
• strong technical coordination and problem‑solving skills
• ability to work in a large multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
• excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality
