Job description

BIM Coordinator for Landscape and Architecture coordinates architectural and landscape BIM models, ensures effective multidisciplinary coordination across engineering specialties for a large sports complex project in Riyadh, oversees model review, inconsistency detection, and BIM deliverables compliance with project requirements and modeling standards, participates in BIM coordination meetings, and works with BIM managers and team leads to facilitate design-to-construction transition. Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Landscape Engineering, Civil Engineering, BIM or related discipline
• Extensive experience in BIM coordination, preferably on large-scale international buildings, infrastructure or mixed-use developments
• Strong understanding of architectural and landscape interfaces and multidisciplinary design coordination
• Very good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar shared data environment is a plus
• Ability to review complex BIM models and coordinate multiple stakeholder designs
