Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and following up overall work and interacting with site foremen and team members to ensure smooth task execution throughout the workday. Oversees multiple skilled teams to ensure work is executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality for maximum productivity at minimum cost. Responsibilities: Maintain acceptable work quality and minimize rework while effectively utilizing resources; monitor and control the latest valid drawings; coordinate activities to execute as-built work for major elements; perform corrective actions as directed by the site engineer; ensure work is completed based on approved shop drawings, method statements, and Behavior-Based Safety before the scheduled completion date; supervise labor, materials, equipment movement and distribution to adhere to project costs and budgets; accomplish daily site supervision of activities without exceeding costs; achieve assigned work within time frames while maintaining company quality standards and reducing rework to 0%; comply with safety procedures and report risks to the site engineer to maintain zero Lost Time Incidents; ensure 100% of supervised workers follow company safety procedures daily; support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting per company and IMS policies

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of project construction scope and objectives
• knowledge of company and project safety programs
• knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP
• minimum 5 years of work experience
• 3 years of relevant experience
• 2 years GCC experience is a plus
• High School Diploma
• related technical certificate
