Job Description As our Data Centers and Mission Critical sector continues to grow across the Middle East, we are looking to recruit a Technical Manager - Data Centers and Mission Critical (Electrical) to join our Building Services team. This is a leadership opportunity for experienced mission critical design professionals to help grow and enhance our data center offerings across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Working closely with regional leadership and multi-disciplinary teams, you will provide technical guidance on complex data center projects, champion design excellence, and support the continued growth of our mission-critical practice. Lead the electrical design of high-volume, co-located, and mission-critical facilities. Provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary building services design teams. Drive design quality, innovation and technical excellence throughout the project delivery period. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding mission-critical infrastructure strategies. Support business development, customer engagement, and major project endeavors. Mentor and develop engineers across the Construction Services team. Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the employer's data centers and mission-critical practices. University degree in electrical engineering or related field. Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams within a consulting environment. Extensive experience in the Middle East with a strong understanding of regional customer requirements, authority approvals, and project delivery frameworks. Over 18 years of experience in building services engineering, with significant experience leading design and construction Implementing data centers and mission critical projects. Deep technical expertise in mission-critical electrical systems, including HV/LV distribution, UPS systems, backup generation, resiliency strategies, and critical energy infrastructure. Experience delivering projects for large scale, co-located, institutional and high profile clients. Proven track record of developing client relationships, winning business and supporting business growth. Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent professional accreditation. Requirements

• A Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams within a consultancy environment.
• Extensive Middle East experience, with a strong understanding of regional client requirements, authority approvals, and project delivery frameworks.
• 18+ years' experience in Building Services Engineering, with significant experience leading the design and delivery of Data Centre and Mission Critical projects.
• Deep technical expertise in mission critical electrical systems, including HV/LV distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, resilience strategies, and critical power infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and mission critical clients.
• A strong track record of developing client relationships, winning work, and supporting business growth.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent professional accreditation.
