Job description

the employer is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Fine Chemicals to drive business growth and deliver specialized technical solutions. Key responsibilities include supporting the sales team with specialty chemicals domain knowledge to identify business opportunities and achieve financial goals. Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Developing and implementing relationship management plans for strategic accounts and supporting the PDC project management team with technical execution issues. Coordinating organization-to-customer engagement to ensure effective two-way information flow and issue resolution. Consulting with customer representatives and leading cross-functional teams to configure tailored solutions. Collaborating with internal departments such as Business Marketing and Market Intelligence to strengthen relationships. Supporting global teams in maintaining and improving the CRM system. Representing the organization at industry events to gather market intelligence and enhance corporate reputation

Requirements

• Master's Degree or Equivalent Level, preferably in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
• More than 15 years of experience in interpreting strategy and policy to set and deliver objectives
• At least 6 to 10 years of substantial general work experience with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders (Bilingual in English and Arabic is an added advantage)
• Thorough knowledge in mining OEM Fine Chemicals and manufacturing process
• Extensive industry domain knowledge
• Strong knowledge of the latest digitalization technologies and their use/impact in the Chemical Sector
• Knowledge of the latest market trends in ME specifically UAE / KSA and Africa
• Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Software skills in data analysis, charting, and Power Point presentations
• Ability to travel on a planned or short-notice on-demand basis to support the region whenever there is a business opportunity
