The CH-47F FE is responsible for monitoring aircraft systems, diagnosing and eliminating any problems that may arise, and ensuring that all maintenance faults are properly recorded and corrected in accordance with service directives. These duties will be performed day and night as well under the supervision of VMC and IMC. The CH-47F will also maintain, repair, modify and inspect aircraft in accordance with approved methods and practices per specified technical manuals, operator's manual, maintenance flight test checklist and any other environmentally relevant directives. The CH-47F FE will also provide technical guidance and training to the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command when needed. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Responsibilities Performs flight crew work supporting heavy multi-engine aircraft and provides assistance to the pilot in the overall operation of the aircraft. Conduct APU operations, perform crew duties during maintenance test flights (MTFs), and maintenance run checks (MOCs). Performs CH-47F maintenance tasks and duties as required using technical manuals, operator's manuals, maintenance test flight manual, checklist manual, and any other environmentally relevant directives. Removes, inspects, and installs aircraft system and subsystem components and subcomponents to include, but not limited to, engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, flight controls, and hydraulics. Performs scheduled/unscheduled maintenance activities to include PMS, service, lubrication, and MOC/MTF support functions. Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools/test equipment, and ground support equipment Day Aircraft (AGSE) and Special Ground Support Equipment (PGSE). Preparing, reviewing and updating aircraft maintenance forms and records. Uses common measuring tools, measuring scales, and alignment fixtures. Provides on-the-job training (OJT), coaching, and mentoring to Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLAC) personnel in all aspects of aircraft maintenance activities. Ensures that all relevant maintenance is carried out in a safe manner. Other tasks as directed by the Computer Manager and Maintenance Leader. Qualifications: Eight (8) years of experience as an aircraft mechanic on CH-47F series aircraft. Successfully completed and qualified through the appropriate USAF CH-47 aircraft maintenance course or civilian equivalent training. Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms or similar aviation maintenance management system, and other aircraft-related documentation. Professional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with the client in a professional and courteous manner. Possess a valid driving license issued by the state or government. Successfully passing the physical deployment process abroad upon hire. US citizenship is required. HS diploma required.
