Our Opportunity We are looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher to create and manage research and usability activities for complex digital banking journeys across the retail and corporate sectors. The role will generate customer insights, validate designs, evaluate implemented trials, and support evidence-based decisions across Arabic and English trials. You will » Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user experience research in alignment with business and design decisions. » Determine the research questions, methods, participant profiles, and study objectives. » Recruitment, screen and moderate research sessions in Arabic and English. » Conduct moderated and unsupervised usability testing using task-based protocols. » Evaluate current trips through expert reviews, analyses, complaints, and customer guides. » Conduct indicative and accessibility assessments, including manual keyboard and e-reader display testing. » Analyze digital adoption, abandonment, task success, errors, satisfaction, and other behavioral metrics. » Conduct competitive benchmarking across relevant banking and digital experiences. »T Develop customer segments, personas, insights and moments of truth where appropriate. » Translate research findings into clear, implementable design decisions within Agile Sprint cycles. » Maintaining research documentation, evidence, repositories and decision traceability. » Apply appropriate privacy, consent, security, data retention and searches standards. » Distinguish between usability problems and defects in design, content, accessibility, system and software. » Conduct retesting and provide evidence to resolve high-risk results. » Present results to design, business, technology and compliance stakeholders. » Mentor junior researchers and support knowledge transfer to client teams. ### Requirements » Be successful in the role You need » UX research experience, including 3+ years in enterprise, financial services, or regulated products. » Proficiency in Arabic and English with proven experience in supervising research in both languages. » Strong multi-method research experience across qualitative and quantitative approaches. » Proven experience conducting usability testing using objective metrics and task-based protocols. » Experience with research recruitment, consent, scheduling, incentives and data processing under formal privacy controls. »Strong skills in heuristic assessment, accessibility assessment, analytics, and interpretation of behavioral data. » Experience in establishing or maintaining research repositories. » Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills. » Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. » Experience in the field of banking services is considered at du For GCC, Saudi Arabia, fintech or regulated sector an advantage. » Knowledge of UX design and WCAG 2.2 AA is a plus. » Experience searching for clients with different access needs is an advantage. »Experience in surveys, statistical analysis, or establishing research capabilities is a plus. » Degree or diploma in HCI, psychology, social sciences, human factors, design, or related field
