Job description

We are looking for a Regional Property Manager with leadership experience in managing residential and commercial property portfolios. Manages and operates a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Oversees leasing, contract renewals and achieves high occupancy rates. Leads teams and develops performance to meet management targets. Supervises maintenance and operations ensuring quality standards. Builds and manages relationships with tenants and clients and resolves operational challenges. Prepares operational plans, budgets and periodic reports. Monitors performance indicators and improves operational efficiency. Tracks asset performance and proposes development opportunities to enhance investment returns. Ensures compliance with real‑estate regulations in the Kingdom

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field
• 9+ years experience in property management or real estate management
• good knowledge of the real‑estate sector, lease management and property management systems
• experience managing property portfolios that include residential and commercial assets
• experience leading and managing teams
• high communication, client management, negotiation and decision‑making skills
• ability to prepare reports and analyze performance
