Job description

the employer, a Saudi joint venture between PIF, Saudi Aramco, and Jacobs, provides program, project, and construction management services for major infrastructure, real estate, and social development projects supporting Vision 2030. As Site Manager, you will drive on‑site project execution, ensuring construction progresses efficiently and aligns with overall objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations to deliver safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards; coordinating contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders; monitoring progress against milestones and performance; identifying and resolving on‑site issues and risks; enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations; preparing site reports and communicating status to management; ensuring timely and efficient delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years experience managing large‑scale real estate and infrastructure construction projects
• hands‑on experience with project controls, QA/QC procedures, or HSE management systems
• PMP certification
• business‑fluent English and Arabic
• experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or site reporting and project controls tools is a plus
• knowledge of Saudi construction standards and approvals is a plus
