Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience in project controls with direct involvement in mixed-use developments
• Proficient with project controls tools, software, and methodologies
• Ability to manage complex schedules and budgets
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
