Job description

The Senior GIS/BIM Manager leads the development of comprehensive GIS and BIM strategies for mixed-use projects. Oversees integration of GIS data with BIM models to support planning and execution. Manages GIS and BIM workflows, standards, and quality assurance across disciplines. Ensures accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of spatial and BIM information. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance design and construction through digital solutions. Drives innovation by adopting emerging GIS and BIM technologies and best practices. Provides training, mentoring, and support to project and junior staff. Ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. Participates in stakeholder meetings and contributes to strategic decision‑making

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Geospatial Sciences, or related field
• minimum of 10 years progressive experience in GIS and BIM management, specifically in mixed‑use developments
• strong knowledge of integrating GIS data with BIM processes and workflows
• excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• familiarity with industry standards and digital engineering best practices
• experience in the Saudi Arabian market is advantageous
