Reporting Manager (Sitewide)

Job description

The Reporting Manager oversees the preparation and coordination of reports for the sitewide and Durrat components of a mixed‑use project. Ensures reports accurately reflect project progress, risks, and performance. • Leads compilation, validation, and delivery of internal and external reports. • Works with project management teams to gather data, define reporting needs, and streamline processes. • Develops dashboards and visualization tools to convey project status and key metrics. • Ensures compliance with company standards and contractual reporting obligations. • Analyzes project data to spot risks, trends, and opportunities and provides actionable insights. • Coordinates inputs from various teams to produce consolidated, consistent reports. • Experience in large‑scale mixed‑use developments is preferred

Requirements

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices and standards for project reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in mixed‑use project reporting
• Proficient in reporting tools and software including Excel, Power BI or equivalent platforms
• Strong experience in data analysis, report generation, and project performance monitoring
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver reports within tight deadlines
• Knowledge of company standards and contractual reporting obligations
