Drilling Operations Supervisor (Non‑Rig)

Job description

Supervises drilling, well completion and maintenance activities at remote on‑shore and off‑shore sites. Ensures well programs are executed safely and efficiently in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards. Coordinates contractors and logistics services. Monitors compliance with explosion‑prevention standards, equipment test requirements and emergency procedures. Tracks operational progress, costs and prepares daily reports. Ensures contractors adhere to contractual terms, equipment specifications and identifies improvement opportunities without compromising safety

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of wellsite safety
• knowledge of BOP requirements
• knowledge of drilling and maintenance procedures
• knowledge of contractor management
• proven experience in non‑rig drilling, well completion or maintenance operations
• experience working to Saudi Aramco standards and procedures
