The position is focused on guiding complex projects across the full lifecycle, helping to secure new opportunities, and providing senior leadership across critical client and market-facing engagements. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and partnership, helping align diverse stakeholders around successful outcomes on high-value infrastructure programs. Responsibilities Drive strategic decision-making and issue resolution across high-value PPP initiatives. Lead PPP projects from pursuit through delivery. Support winning PPP projects through market-facing leadership. Serve as Market Lead for PPP projects. Oversee PPP project delivery across key phases. Degree in engineering or a related field. 20+ years of experience leading complex PPP or infrastructure project delivery, with a strong track record of winning PPP bids.
