Technology Governance and Project Management Director

Job description

This role leads the IT governance framework in the the employer city development project. Develops, implements, and maintains IT governance frameworks for smart infrastructure and digital services. Manages the technical project management office and oversees project planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking. Ensures compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with IT, engineering, operations, and external partners to align projects with city development goals. Provides advice to senior management on governance and project management
