The Infrastructure Design Manager leads the design and governance process, strategic planning for IT assets at the employer to ensure secure and scalable technical solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver designs aligned with technology strategy and corporate standards. The role includes leading planning and governance, managing vendor delivery, solving complex technical challenges, ensuring compliance with security standards, overseeing performance quality, driving technology strategy and innovation, participating in multi-functional initiatives, budgeting and resource planning, and providing leadership to the design team
