We are seeking a dedicated Project In Charge / Site Engineer to oversee and manage site installation projects, focusing on HVAC systems and coils. The role ensures mechanical installations follow approved technical drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations while meeting project timelines. Key responsibilities: review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and scope of work; develop and monitor detailed installation schedules; coordinate with clients, subcontractors, technical teams, and internal production departments; directly supervise on-site installation of HVAC coils and related mechanical components; ensure field work complies with engineering standards and safety protocols; provide technical guidance to technicians, laborers, and subcontractors; monitor quality through regular on-site inspections; adhere to local codes, NFPA/ASME standards, and regulatory requirements; identify and correct installation defects; maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports; document all site activities and any changes; act as primary contact for client updates; manage final inspections, testing, and documentation for handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 6–7 years proven experience in site installation, specifically within HVAC or mechanical systems
• ability to read and understand complex engineering schematics and layouts
• valid KSA Driving License
• transferable Iqama preferred
