Cultural Programs Manager

Job description

Leads the planning and execution of leading cultural programs and core experiences within the Culture and Heritage program in the employer project. Develops and manages distinctive cultural programs, defines high-impact concepts, topics, and formats to ensure their basic appeal in the public presentation, and supports the purchase of external partners to develop and deliver programs. Oversees the implementation of large events and shows, and coordinates between teams to ensure widespread implementation in accordance with operational and technical requirements. Manages relationships with artists and prominent partners, coordinates contracts, schedules, and delivery requirements. Monitors program performance in terms of attendance, participation, and visibility, and identifies opportunities to improve impact and outreach. Integrates programs into the general events calendar to ensure timing consistency and visitor flow

Requirements

• Proficient in high-level event or program management
