Job description
Responsible for managing and supporting digital platform applications at Al Borg Diagnostics, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and WhatsApp Business platform and communication channels. Manages website and mobile app improvements while monitoring performance, contributing to automation processes and user training. Coordinates Power BI reports, defines key performance indicators, and tracks timelines and risks within digital application and platform projects
