Senior Product Manager

Job description

The Senior Product Manager role revolves around owning the product lifecycle of digital products, from strategy and roadmap development to execution, launch, continuous improvement, and performance monitoring. Key responsibilities include driving product adoption and measurable business outcomes by identifying operational challenges and translating them into effective digital solutions. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations, procurement, customer service, and logistics, to understand business needs and improve operational efficiency. They lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new product features and workflows across operational teams without relying on direct reporting authority. The Senior Product Manager also collaborates with engineering, design, business, and operations stakeholders to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager on digital products
• At least 2 to 3 years on a single product, with results they can show over time
• Experience driving change across operations teams (warehouse, procurement, customer service or logistics) and getting adoption without direct authority
• B2B e-commerce or marketplace background strongly preferred
• Full time - onsite in Dhahran, with regular travel to sites
