Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies tailored to government entities, local communities, and project partners · Leading the creation of communication materials, reports, and presentations articulating program progress and value · Identifying and mitigating potential conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation techniques · Tracking engagement activities, measuring satisfaction, and reporting outcomes to senior management · Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate stakeholder feedback into planning and execution · Providing mentorship and training to junior team members · Monitoring industry trends, regulatory environments, and stakeholder sentiments continuously

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Development, Communications, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in stakeholder management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or road development projects
• Demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including government and local communities
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to convey complex information clearly
• Experience with project management tools and stakeholder engagement platforms
