TPM Leader

Job description

We are seeking a TPM Leader to lead the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across the plant. The role involves leading the main TPM pillars, building a long-term TPM culture in the plant, and supporting multi-functional teams. The leader will be responsible for ensuring the plant's progress towards world-class manufacturing standards. There will be an opportunity for a long-term career path that allows for knowledge of all areas of the employer supply chain.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in TPM in a manufacturing plant
• Practical knowledge across processes in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading), with excellent communication skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions
