Job description

The role involves operating automated optical 3D measurement equipment safely and in accordance with approved measurement routines, preparing/loading parts or assemblies, executing measurement cycles, reviewing data quality, and releasing measurement results for engineering analysis. Additionally, routine checks are performed, troubleshooting is supported, and equipment/program/data-quality issues are escalated. The comparison of measured data to CAD/defined specifications and the generation of inspection reports are also supported. Press Shop technicians will focus on stamped parts/panels, BIW technicians on body-in-white/subassemblies, and Closure technicians on doors, hood, decklid/liftgate, and related assemblies.

Requirements

• Experience with ZEISS/GOM ATOS ScanBox and ZEISS INSPECT or equivalent automotive optical metrology environment is preferred
• Service Provider shall state exact platform competence. Location: Makkah
