Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and feedback to enhance production processes. Qualifications and Experience 4-8 years of experience in industrial production or a related field. Demonstrated ability to operate and monitor production machinery. Proficiency in performing routine equipment maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting production issues. Ability to conduct quality control inspections and ensure product compliance. Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
