Senior BIM/CAD Software Specialist - Roads and Civil Infrastructure

About the Role: the employer is looking for a Senior BIM/CAD Software Specialist - Roads & Civil Infrastructure to join their team. This full-time position involves providing technical leadership for the delivery of BIM and CAD software across highways, roads, interchanges, separations, ramps and civil infrastructure projects. This role requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Tasks: Lead Civil 3D modeling of roads, highways, separations, interchanges, ramps and access roads. Develop surfaces, directions, profiles, areas, degrees, intersections and volumes. Prepare consistent plans, profiles, long sections, cross sections, positioning, grading, roadway instruction drawings, and signage. Coordinate road models with drainage, services, traffic, geotechnical, surveying and landscaping teams. Manage model coordination, clash detection, quality assurance, templates, style, shortcuts and workflows for BIM software. Mentor BIM/CAD team members and support digital delivery, resource planning and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Design or related field · Relevant experience in BIM/CAD software in highways, roads and civil infrastructure projects · Proven experience in major infrastructure projects in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia · Advanced skills in Civil 3D and AutoCAD software with strong knowledge of road modeling and drawing production · Proficiency in Navisworks Manage software · Experience in ACC, BIM 360 or ProjectWise software · Knowledge of BIM and ISO software implementation plans 19650 Quality Assurance, Multidisciplinary Coordination and Data Center Procedures
