Job Summary: the employer is seeking a Senior Technical Professional - Pipelines to join their team in Khobar, Eastern Province. This role encompasses comprehensive responsibilities related to the study, design, and engineering of pipelines, and contributing to critical infrastructure projects. The role requires independent judgment in evaluating, determining, and adapting engineering technologies and standards. The role also includes providing technical guidance to less experienced designers and engineers. Responsibilities: Conduct pipeline studies, design, and engineering · Manage pipeline-related services, including route selection and planning · Oversee field surveys, material selection, coating systems, and cathodic protection · Implement leak detection systems, design valve stations, terminal stations, and pump stations · Determine appropriate installation techniques · Lead a functional area in small projects or a portion of larger projects · Plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor project activities · Conduct employee performance evaluations · Train and develop junior professionals

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in pipeline engineering
• Proven ability to perform traditional aspects of the functional area
• Proven ability to develop new approaches to problems
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and performing work that requires independent judgment
