About the Role the employer is seeking a Project Manager - Engineering to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position holds bottom-line responsibility for the financial and technical success of projects, overseeing all phases of planning and execution for large-sized domestic and international projects, typically valued at less than $200 million total installed cost. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and approved requirements. Manage day-to-day client contact and communication, focusing on ensuring client satisfaction. Supervise personnel assigned to projects through subordinate leaders. Potentially serve as the proposal manager for large domestic and international project proposals. Maintain budgetary accountability for assigned projects. Qualifications and Experience An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required. A minimum of 15 years of related experience is essential, with an average experience level of 20 years preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of the respective industry is necessary. Work Environment This role is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The Project Manager will work under broad direction, leading teams and managing significant engineering projects.
