The Site Manager is responsible for managing the site team and a facility which houses an Air Separation Plant, Hydrogen Steam Methane Reformer, a CO2 unit, Compression, Steam Turbine Generator, all ancillary and utility equipment, a merchant facility, and pipeline network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related field
• Proficient in English
• 5+ years of experience in plant operations or maintenance
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Proficient in using maintenance and operations management systems
• Knowledge of industrial regulations and laws
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze problems and find solutions
• Proficient in using computer applications
• Proficient in using quality and maintenance management systems
