Senior Manager - Planning and Design

Job description

The Senior Manager role involves developing and implementing design guidelines for all projects in coordination with the Design Director. Ensures the development and successful execution of design plans to achieve design goals for assigned projects. Advises the leadership team on suitable design consultants through outreach, RFP development, contract execution and administration in coordination with the Design Director. Supports project teams in developing design strategies for efficient project completion. Provides support to design, development and construction teams on schedules, budgets and plans. Conducts periodic internal design reviews to align with overall plans and takes corrective actions as needed. Reviews design deliverables and offers recommendations to ensure quality compliance and strategic objectives. Coordinates multiple consultants from concept to execution to align with the employer’s master plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred
• 9-12 years of relevant experience
