About the Role the employer is seeking a H125 B2 Electrical/Avionics Training Instructor for a contract position in Riyadh and Taif. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for customer technicians, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities Study and analyze customer training regulations to develop course standards, educational plans and summaries. Developing basic and advanced specialized courses, and amending and updating the main training plan. Perform on-the-job training (OJT) for customer technicians using advanced training methods. Comply with all aviation, safety, quality and export control regulations and procedures. Adhere to all the employer helicopter management systems, policies and regulations. Inspect tools/GSEs for condition and expiration date prior to training, ensuring correct use. Check components and parts for condition and applicability of documentation prior to training. Inspection of electrical, avionics and flight control systems, including autopilots. Make sure all actions are recorded on the appropriate papers and signed gradually. Ensure correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials. Checks aircraft status, including scheduled missions and deferred items, confirms serviceability, and signs service authorization. Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications. Evaluation of performance evaluation of trainees recruited from clients. Conduct on-the-job training activities and train employees on maintenance manuals, safety directives and FOD procedures.
