Responsible for planning and monitoring food product manufacturing processes to ensure quality and compliance with Saudi standards. Oversees production lines. Works to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste. Fully adheres to food and health safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering
• proficiency in manufacturing operations and lean methodologies
• problem‑solving and analytical skills
• experience in process analysis and production planning
• knowledge of quality improvement methods Six Sigma or Lean
• experience with AutoCAD and SAP
• more than 5 years of experience
