Job description

You work at Cigalah Healthcare as an Inventory Coordinator, responsible for coordinating inventory and analyzing data. Your duties include monitoring inventory availability, shipments, backorders and purchase orders, reviewing customer requests and inventory data, preparing reports using advanced Microsoft Excel, and coordinating with supply chain, purchasing and warehouse departments

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain management or business
• Experience in inventory and order monitoring
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting purchase orders and inventory data
• Experience in tracking inventory availability, shipments and purchase orders
• Proficiency in coordinating with supply chain, purchasing and warehouse departments
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Knowledge of product coding systems and inventory control rules
