Assistant Manager - Strategy

Job description

This is a strategy role supporting residential development teams in crafting market-informed development approaches, analyzing investment opportunities, and driving strategic decision-making within the residential business unit. Key responsibilities include identifying gaps and opportunities in the residential development portfolio, creating comprehensive development strategies, and working on developing and refining business models for the development department. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with 4-7 years of professional experience in strategy consulting and real estate investment/development, and strong financial modeling skills

• Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, market assessment, development, and/or RE strategy
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to evaluate complex investment structures
