Requirements

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• ability to communicate with other PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity capability
• mentor and train lower level personnel in areas of expertise
• interact with customers and supervise the activities of completion of services and/or shop personnel
• 9+ years experience in oil field drilling activities including 6+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling
