About the Role First Choice Sports Stadiums Company is looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This role leads and directs all human resources processes and procedures, with comprehensive oversight of employee work cycles from recruitment and recruitment to relationship and benefits management. The role aims to ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency and organizational stability. Key Responsibilities Participate in setting strategic objectives for the Human Resources sector and developing performance measures. Supervising the formulation and implementation of recruitment and recruitment plans and programmes, and following up on training and performance management processes. Lead the process of drawing up and improving internal procedures for human resources policies and updating them to ensure their efficient implementation. Determine and provide operational requirements for human resources management, including budgets, human resources, and technical systems. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, leave, and labor relations, and implement systems to ensure compliance. Preparing comprehensive reports and key indicators for human resources operations and providing recommendations to senior management. Qualifications and Experience: Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the field of human resources operations. Comprehensive understanding of employee life cycles and HR policies and procedures. Ability to lead and direct teams. Work Environment This role is available full time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
