MPD/UBD Engineer

Job description

Provides multi‑PSL job design, well support, and post‑job analysis to customers in a designated area. Develops and maintains relationships with the technical customer base and delivers highly technical expert support to ATP and TP staff. May be assigned to critical jobs where service quality or complexity is an issue. Maintains job schedules and liaises with customers on technical issues, performance reviews, and process improvements. Works with local Business Development to keep customers updated on technology. Mentors Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) in the service center

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
• proficient in delivering specialized technical support to customers
• proficient in reviewing and improving processes
• proficient in job scheduling and customer communication
• proficient in mentoring Associate Technical Professionals
• possession of a Professional Engineer license
