Job description

Responsibilities include performing painting work according to quality standards. Coordination with plumbing and electrical teams is required to ensure timely completion. About this profession: Prepare the necessary quantities and types of paint, prepare the necessary equipment and tools, paint concrete, wooden and metal surfaces in the buildings. In addition, pain roofs with special decorative paintings, measure paint works and calculate costs. Typical duties of this profession: • Inspect the surfaces to be painted in the buildings, determine the necessary treatments, stock take quantities and types of paint required, prepare and process equipment, tools and machinery used in the painting process. • Prepare various surfaces for painting, fill gaps and cracks using fillers, apply and sand wall putty. • Prepare paints with the required viscosity and apply appropriate foundation paints to different surfaces. • Paint concrete surfaces using water emulsions, oil paints, special decorative paints, paint wood surfaces using their own suitable paints, and metal surfaces with suitable paints. • Measure (estimate) completed work and calculate costs
