They provide project management advice on all construction projects including testing, commissioning and site supervision. They audit contractors for safety, environment and quality of design, process and performance as to ensure that all projects follow in-house standards and relevant legislation. Typical duties of this profession: • Provide technical and management advice for all construction and operation projects • Supervise the site and handle testing and commissioning of railway projects • Audit contractors' work to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards • Review the quality of design, processes, and performance according to regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Railway Engineering
• Experience in engineering project management
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers and professional engineer license
