Civil General Foreman

Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities. Allocate manpower and assign tasks to site teams. Monitor work progress, quality and productivity. Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors and other departments. Ensure proper use of materials, tools and equipment. Identify and resolve site-level issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and schedules.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a Civil General Foreman
• KSA experience in civil construction projects is mandatory
• strong experience in supervising civil construction activities and site teams
• ability to manage and coordinate foremen, skilled workers and subcontractors
• good knowledge of concrete works, blockwork, plastering, excavation, foundations and finishing works
• ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications
• ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project requirements
• monitor manpower, materials, tools and daily site activities
• knowledge of construction safety and quality requirements
• good communication and coordination skills
• ability to prepare daily progress updates and coordinate with Site Engineers/Project Managers
