Marketing Manager

Participate in setting goals, policies and operational plans related to marketing, directly supervise the activities of managing and planning marketing work in accordance with operational plans, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure the conduct of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Typical duties of this profession:

• Take part in defining the objectives, policies, initiatives and operational plans related to marketing; follow up, and ensure the effectiveness of these plans; and ensure the existence of the accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.

• Develop the annual marketing plans, advertising plans and marketing and promotional programs of the entity in coordination with the organizational units and the relevant authorities.

• Supervise the implementation of the marketing and media plans for the entity; ensure their proper execution in accordance with the agreed upon procedures, times and budgets; and ensure their effectiveness and that they fulfil the entity’s marketing objectives.

• Build up strategic relationships with the external business partners, such as advertising companies; and work with them to prepare and disseminate all the advertising and marketing materials related to the entity and its organizational units.

• Supervise the preparation of marketing studies; follow up the distribution of brochures, publications and other marketing materials related to the entity and its services; and ensure their dissemination and distribution in line with the marketing objectives of the entity.
