Job description
We are hiring an experienced NOC Engineer to support continuous monitoring and first‑line operation of a large‑scale network across multiple locations in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining network availability, monitoring SD‑WAN and WAN infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and providing first‑line incident response.
Requirements
- proficient with Cisco Meraki Dashboard – SD‑WAN policies, VPN topology, wireless & switch management
- experienced with VeloCloud SD‑WAN operation and troubleshooting
- knowledge of Cisco IOS switching – VLANs, spanning tree & port security
- proficient in Fortinet FortiGate administration & IPsec VPN troubleshooting
- experienced with SolarWinds NPM – monitoring, alert configuration, tuning & reporting
- strong understanding of routing, NAT, WAN circuits, and core networking concepts
- experience working within a 24/7 NOC environment.
