Job description
About the Project. A landmark high-rise tower development located in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. The position is site-based. All engineering disciplines are required to be proficient in BIM, and prior experience on high-rise towers is required across technical and engineering positions. Key Roles & Responsibilities include reviewing civil and structural design drawings, preparing and coordinating civil/structural shop drawings, preparing and maintaining As-Built drawings, preparing and verifying BOQ take-offs, conducting technical/QC reviews, reviewing vendor/subcontractor technical submittals, providing technical support and guidance to site civil engineers, and participating in technical inspections.
Requirements
- Prior experience on high-rise towers
- proficient in BIM
- knowledge of the Saudi Building Code
- experience in technical reviews and quality control
- proficient in English
- 5+ years of experience in the engineering field
