Job description

The role aims to oversee operations and financial performance of a small group of retail stores for a specific brand within a designated area. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing and developing store teams, and complying with company standards. The position requires market analysis, financial oversight, and effective communication with the Area Sales Manager and brand teams to optimize store performance, manage inventory, and execute promotional and marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities: oversee daily operations of the store cluster and ensure compliance; audit stores and enforce safety and security policies; coordinate opening of new stores and closing of existing ones; implement visual merchandising guidelines; monitor and analyze sales performance and set targets; review stock reports and ensure optimal inventory levels; reduce shrinkage and improve stock turnover; enhance customer experience through coaching and service standards; address customer inquiries and complaints; recruit, train, and develop staff; evaluate employee performance and conduct coaching sessions; hold regular staff meetings; manage scheduling and leave for store managers; analyze market to identify growth opportunities; stay updated on market trends and consumer behavior; communicate with stakeholders and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in retail management
• 2-3 years experience in multi‑store management
• proven track record overseeing multiple retail stores
• knowledge of fashion or related industries
