BIM Manager (Fitout)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out projects to lead and manage BIM implementation, coordination, and delivery across all project stages. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in BIM management for high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, airport, or mixed-use fit-out projects and be fluent in both French and English to support coordination with international stakeholders and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years as a BIM Manager
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, airport, retail, or mixed-use development projects, including interior fit-out works
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, digital engineering workflows, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and ISO 19650 requirements
• Experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams throughout design and construction phases
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
