Production Engineer

Job Overview: The Production Engineer will lead and coordinate shift operations to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant production in a food manufacturing environment in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves analyzing production flows, improving efficiency, developing the team, and collaborating with other teams to achieve operational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead core factory operating routines, direct shift production activities, analyze production flows, and support production planning and scheduling.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or production, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, SFDA requirements, and safety, health, and environmental practices
• Proficiency in SAP or a comparable manufacturing ERP system
• Strong production planning, scheduling, and cost control skills
• Ability to coordinate equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing
