Job description
Mid to senior level individual contributor responsible for monitoring project and operational costs, including budget control, variance analysis, forecasting, and cost reporting to support financial decision-making and contractual compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in cost control
- at least 2 years in a senior or specialized role
- proficiency in cost analysis and financial forecasting
- proficiency in budget management and variance reporting
- experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- knowledge of facility management cost structures
- attention to detail and data accuracy
- strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- cross‑functional communication and teamwork
- time management and deadline adherence
